In a brazen midday robbery, six masked individuals infiltrated a nationalized bank in Jharkhand's East Singhbhum district, making off with Rs 13 lakh. The incident unfolded during the lunch hour on Tuesday, with the culprits entering the bank and threatening staff at gunpoint.

Details emerged that the robbers also seized gold chains, mobile phones, and wallets from bank employees, although they later discarded the phones as they made their escape. Ajit Kumar Kujjur, the Ghatsila Sub-divisional Police Officer, confirmed the robbers fled on motorcycles.
