A Delhi court on Wednesday granted a 30-day interim bail to a couple accused of making racial slurs against their neighbors from Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur.
Additional Sessions Judge Samar Vishal extended the interim bail to Harsh Priya Singh and Ruby Jain under strict conditions, following their arrest on February 25.
The court emphasized that while the incident was serious, the accused's continued detention was unwarranted at this stage. The couple must comply with several conditions during bail, with non-compliance leading to its immediate cancellation.
