Palaniswami accuses Chief Minister M K Stalin's administration of allowing rampant drug use, particularly among youth, and failing to take action on escalating crimes.
Citing increasing incidents of illicit activities and custodial deaths, he calls for an end to the 'anti-people regime,' urging the public to demand accountability and change.
