The Maharashtra Police's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has officially filed a charge sheet against Pradeep Kurulkar, a former DRDO scientist, accused of leaking sensitive data to a Pakistani intelligence operative.

The charge sheet was filed in accordance with the Official Secrets Act of 1923, following the directive of Sessions Judge P Y Ladekar.

Kurulkar, who was a director in a DRDO-affiliated lab in Pune, was arrested in May 2023, and his case will be heard by a magistrate on March 27.
