Chargesheet Filed Against Terrorist Harbourer in Rajouri Killing Case

The State Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet against Sabar Hussain for harbouring terrorists involved in the killing of Mohd Razaq and injuring his brother in Rajouri, Jammu, and Kashmir. Investigations revealed Hussain provided support to the attackers connected to Lashkar-e-Taiba and The Resistance Front.

The State Investigation Agency (SIA) has moved forward significantly in a high-profile terror case by filing a chargesheet against Sabar Hussain, accused of harboring terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.

This development pertains to an incident two years ago, where Mohd Razaq was killed, and his brother, a Territorial Army personnel, was injured in a terrorist strike. The terrorists, affiliated with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and its offshoot The Resistance Front (TRF), launched an assault after infiltrating the victims' home.

The investigation, revealing Hussain's provision of shelter and logistical support to the attackers, led to charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. The SIA underscores this as a pivotal move in dismantling terror networks and ensuring regional security.
