Surprise Drug Bust at Telangana Pub During 'Black Coffee' DJ Night

The EAGLE force in Telangana, tasked with enforcing drug laws, executed a surprise raid on a pub in Kondapur during a special party featuring international DJ Black Coffee. The raid, conducted in collaboration with Gachibowli Police, led to the apprehension of seven individuals suspected of drug consumption.

The operation followed credible intelligence that attendees were involved in illegal drug use. In their efforts to curb widespread drug abuse in pubs and hotels, EAGLE had shortlisted 64 individuals based on gathered intelligence and conducted strategic surprise checks.

Using on-site urine drug test kits, four of the five initially tested showed positive results for ganja and benzodiazepine. Further testing identified three more confirmed cases of ganja and methamphetamine consumption. The detained individuals admitted to drug use, and authorities have begun contacting their families for potential de-addiction programs.
