A man opened fire in a Kyiv district, killing two people and injuring five, with police now attempting to apprehend him in a supermarket, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
A special operation is underway to detain the man inside the supermarket. So far, two fatalities have been confirmed in the Holosiivskyi district, according to medical personnel.
Klitschko noted that shooting is still ongoing inside the supermarket.
