Himachal Pradesh's Governor, Kavinder Gupta, engaged with 15 HAS Batch of 2025 probationers currently training at HIPA in Shimla. He stressed transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct while urging a people-centric approach, especially for underserved areas.
Governor Gupta highlighted the need for integrity, dedication, and public service among civil servants. Advising them to adopt a 'saturation approach' for welfare schemes, he emphasized the role of civil servants in governance and efficient service delivery.
Gupta encouraged innovation, technology-driven governance, and capacity building to tackle challenges like drug abuse and climate change. He advocated growth in agriculture, tourism, and sustainable initiatives, reminding officers of the public's high expectations and promoting a teamwork spirit under 'Together We Can Achieve More.'
