High Court Preserves Sunjay Kapur's Assets Amid Will Dispute
The Delhi High Court has ordered the preservation of late Sunjay Kapur's assets after his children contested the legitimacy of his will. The court directed Priya Kapur, his first wife, to resolve all 'suspicious circumstances' before the will's acceptance, protecting assets reportedly worth Rs 30,000 crore.
The Delhi High Court issued an interim order on Thursday to safeguard the assets of the late industrialist Sunjay Kapur.
The ruling came after his children from his marriage with actor Karisma Kapoor challenged the authenticity of his purported last will.
The assets, valued at Rs 30,000 crore, are to remain untouched until the issue is resolved.
