Census 2027's self-enumeration exercise commences in Delhi, excluding the NDMC and Delhi Cantt areas. Within the next 15 days, residents can voluntarily log onto a portal to record household information.
The digital process simplifies data collection by generating an 11-digit self-enumeration ID. This code will assist enumerators during household visits scheduled from May 16 to June 14, to verify and integrate submitted data.
Designed for ease, the portal supports 16 languages, facilitates map-based location selection, and offers a helpline for assistance. Residents are encouraged to participate, despite the voluntary nature of the exercise, to ensure detailed census data.
