In a startling development, two former employees of a Delhi-based pharmaceutical firm have been accused of orchestrating a fraudulent scheme to secure government tenders. The allegations include document forgery, impersonation, and threats intended to interfere with competitive tendering processes.

The First Information Report (FIR) was registered on April 18, citing the names Prabhnoor Singh Puri and Ajay Kumar as the key defendants. These individuals, once associated with SMPL Life Sciences Private Limited, allegedly misappropriated sensitive data before their dismissal from the company.

What has ensued is a series of serious allegations. The former staffers are said to have used the misappropriated information to set up Mammoth Life Sciences LLP, a shadow company operating illicitly. Consequent verification by authorities has led to the rejection of fraudulent tenders and revocation of licenses involved.
