Held on April 30, the meeting underscored India's dedication to advancing women-led initiatives, identifying women as pivotal figures in economic growth and governance. Delegates from BRICS nations, along with officials from various Indian ministries and agencies, participated in the discussions.
Supported by knowledge partners like UN Women and FICCI, the meeting revolved around India's BRICS chairship theme of 'Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation, and Sustainability.' Discussions focused on women in leadership, technological inclusion, entrepreneurship, and integral roles in climate response and food security. These dialogues aim to yield significant outcomes for upcoming meetings in Kochi, Kerala.
