The devastating fire, which took place on Sunday morning in a four-storey building in East Delhi's Vivek Vihar, resulted in nine fatalities, including a young child.
Gupta has issued orders to relevant departments to adhere strictly to fire safety standards to prevent future incidents, emphasizing that negligence will not be tolerated.
