EU could decide on sanctions against violent West Bank settlers, Kallas says

EU countries could reach an agreement on sanctions against violent settlers in the West Bank on Monday, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said before a meeting of the bloc's ministers of foreign affairs.
"I am hopeful we'll get there," Kallas said, adding it was still not entirely clear the required majority would be found for the proposals.
