In a tragic incident in Uttar Pradesh's Etah district, a 27-year-old man identified as Subhash allegedly attempted suicide. The incident occurred in Nagla Bhoj village, with police attributing his actions to mental stress linked to potential false accusations.

Subhash, who has been working at a brick kiln, was found hanging by his family on a Sunday afternoon, who rushed him to Etah Medical College. His critical condition prompted doctors to refer him to a medical facility in Agra for further treatment.

Subhash's wife, Baijanti, accused a village woman of mentally harassing her husband, including a past false complaint. Local law enforcement has initiated an inquiry, with Bagwala Station House Officer O P Singh awaiting formal complaints to proceed with action.
