The Allahabad High Court has provided interim protection to YouTuber Gautam Khattar, who faces allegations of making derogatory remarks against 'Sri Karauli Shankar Mahadev Baba'.
Khattar, labeled the self-styled founder of 'Sanatan Mahasangh', allegedly uploaded a controversial video involving a religious ceremony and made offensive remarks.
The court delayed arrest proceedings against Khattar until May 19, allowing time for the state's response while the controversy around freedom of expression vs. religious sensitivities unfolds.
