The Moscow region witnessed three fatalities, with another casualty reported in the Belgorod region. Governor Andrei Vorobyov indicated that a woman perished in Khimki after a drone strike on her home, prompting ongoing rescue searches. Furthermore, in the Mytishchi district, two men lost their lives amidst damaged residential high-rises and critical infrastructure.

Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that air defenses thwarted 81 drones targeting Moscow since midnight, emphasizing its scale. Despite injuries to 12 individuals near the city's oil refinery, the facility's technology remains intact. Sheremetyevo Airport faced no damage from drone debris. The defense ministry noted 556 drones were intercepted across Russia overnight.
