Kabiraj, a seasoned IPS officer from the 1999 batch, has previously served in various significant capacities, including the police commissioner of Panchkula. His extensive experience also encompasses overseeing the Cyber and State Crime Record Bureau, highlighting his capability to manage complex policing portfolios.
