Union Home Minister Amit Shah has launched a significant advancement in Chhattisgarh’s emergency response capability by introducing 400 new vehicles under the 'CG Dial 112' service. These vehicles are equipped with advanced technology such as GPS, smartphones, and PTZ cameras to enhance public safety and provide rapid emergency assistance.

The expanded 'CG Dial 112' service will now operate across all 33 districts of the state, delivering integrated support for police, fire services, medical emergencies, and more on a single platform. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai emphasized its importance in reinforcing swift and reliable assistance for every citizen, particularly in matters involving road accidents, medical emergencies, and the safety of women and children.

Additionally, 32 mobile forensic science laboratory vans were deployed, each equipped to conduct on-site crime scene investigations. Dubbed 'Science on Wheels', these laboratories aim to streamline the forensic process by offering immediate evidence analysis, thereby expediting the justice delivery system.
