In a resolute move to bolster the state's development, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced firm steps in enhancing human resource capabilities. On Monday, he distributed appointment letters to 316 new teachers and 17 women supervisors, emphasizing his administration's commitment to comprehensive state development.

Highlighting Jharkhand's unique social and geographical identity, Soren revealed that over 9,000 new hires had been completed in the education sector recently. His government aims to continue this momentum, planning an additional 1,000 appointments in the coming months, despite challenges faced across the country.

The Chief Minister also underscored the vital role of women supervisors in tackling malnutrition and the empowerment of over 50 lakh women through financial support initiatives.
