Russia says its forces delivered nuclear warheads to mobile Iskander launchers as part of war games

Russia's ​Defence ‌Ministry said on ​Wednesday that its forces ‌had delivered nuclear warheads to mobile Iskander-M launch systems, ‌loaded them, and rehearsed moving ‌them undetected to launch sites as part of ⁠a ​major nuclear ⁠exercise.

In a statement released ⁠to state media it ​said that its nuclear forces ⁠participating in the drills ⁠had ​been placed on the highest level of ⁠combat readiness in preparation for launching ⁠nuclear ⁠weapons.
