Russian drone strike injures mourners at funeral near Ukraine's Sumy

​A Russian ​drone ‌struck a funeral ​procession on Saturday on the ‌outskirts of the Ukrainian city of Sumy in the country's northeast, ‌seriously injuring at least one person, ‌the local governor said.

Governor Ihor Kalchenko did not provide further ⁠details, while ​local ⁠media reported that the guided attack ⁠drone hit the road near ​a bus, injuring a total ⁠of four people.

Sumy is located ⁠30 ​km (19 miles) from the Russian border and has been ⁠regularly attacked by Russian missiles ⁠and ⁠drones in recent years of the war. (reporting by ‌Pavel ‌Polityuk Editing by Tomasz ​Janowski)
