Authorities in Delhi have confiscated assets estimated at Rs 40 lakh, acquired from a recent daylight robbery at Kanhaiya Nagar Metro Station. Two men have been arrested, with four juveniles also apprehended in relation to the crime, according to a police spokesperson.
The robbery, executed with a homemade pistol and a knife on July 17, led to the theft of Rs 39.99 lakh from Manoj Tavania. Subsequent investigations resulted in the arrest of Arif from Delhi and the alleged mastermind, Dheeraj Randhava, from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. Randhava, implicated in several other criminal cases, is accused of orchestrating the robbery and using the stolen funds to purchase gold and real estate.
