Village Leader Dies in Road Accident Involving School Bus

Nikita, the village leader of Basti Bohra, died in a collision with a school bus, while her niece was severely injured. The incident, which occurred near Jalalpur village, involved no schoolchildren. Both women were taken to a local health centre, where Nikita was declared dead.

Nikita, the head of Basti Bohra village, tragically died in a road accident when a school bus collided with her motorcycle. Her niece, Sonakshi, who was also on the motorcycle, sustained serious injuries.

The accident took place around 3 pm near a brick kiln in Jalalpur village as Nikita was traveling with her husband, Sukhwinder Singh, and Sonakshi. While Sukhwinder suffered minor injuries, Nikita was declared dead at the Tanda Community Health Centre. Fortunately, there were no children aboard the bus. Authorities are investigating the incident further.
