An unsettling incident took place at the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash District Civil Hospital in Kurukshetra, Haryana, where a consultant doctor is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl. The girl's ordeal began after she was admitted for stomach pain, during which she alleges she was assaulted repeatedly.
The girl disclosed the incident to senior staff following her transfer to the emergency ward due to severe bleeding. Her father lodged a police complaint, sparking a case under the POCSO Act.
