UK parliament approves change to Brexit delay bill to allow vote on May's deal

British lawmakers on Wednesday approved a change to a bill aimed at preventing a no-deal Brexit that would allow lawmakers to vote on the existing Withdrawal Agreement negotiated by former Prime Minister Theresa May.

The amendment was passed without a vote.
