Russia says death toll in Crimea college blast rises to 13

Russia's Investigative Committee said on Wednesday that the death toll from a blast at a school in the Crimean port of Kerch had risen to 13, with about 50 more injured and most of them teenagers.

The blast was caused by a bomb packed with metal objects that were set off in the building's cafeteria, investigators said earlier.
