Two killed in road mishap

Two men were killed when the motorcycle they were travelling on was hit by a car in Wazirganj area here, police said Wednesday.

The incident took place on Tuesday evening when Shahjot (25) and his friend Deepak (27) were hit by a car, killing them on the spot, they said.

The car driver managed to flee the scene after the incident, police said, adding a manhunt has been launched to the accused.
