One arrested with 680 kg poppy straw in Kathua

The police on Tuesday seized 680 kg of poppy straw from a truck during vehicle checking here.

Kathua Police also arrested a man in connection with the case.

Earlier on May 7, three people were arrested during a raid after 275-kilogram of poppy straw was recovered along with over Rs 3 lakh in cash here.
