Tiruchy airport terminal shortlisted for LEAF award

The new terminal of theinternational airport here has been shortlisted for theLeading European Architecture Forum (LEAF) awards under thecategory of 'Best Future Building Under-construction Project

The Rs 951-crore terminal was being built according tothe standards of the Green Rating for Integrated Habitatassessment. It uses natural lighting, water harvesting andground source, among others.
