A Parliamentary Committee led by Jairam Ramesh met Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday and through him urged the government to expand and upgrade the cancer treatment infrastructure in the nation by expanding the network of Mumbai Tata Memorial Centre (TMC).
