Mayawati made fun of me when I washed cleaners' feet in Kumbh: PM Modi

Mayawati made fun of me when I washed cleaners' feet in Kumbh, but did not even release a statement when Cong humiliated them, said PM Narendra Modi while addressing a public rally in Saharanpur, UP.

The Prime Minister, in February, conducted 'Charan Vandana' (washing the feet) of select sanitation workers, as a mark of respect to their efforts in ensuring a clean Kumbh. He presented them 'angvastram' and said he would forever carry the memory of washing the feet of the 'safai karamcharis'.
