NYDA to brief media on South African Youth Awards
The SAYAs was launched in 2012 to celebrate and recognize young South Africans who are making a positive contribution to the country, the African continent and the rest of the world.

On Thursday, 29 November 2018, the Executive Chairperson of the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), Mr Sifiso Mtsweni will brief media on the state of readiness to host the third South African Youth Awards (SAYAs) taking place on 7 December 2018 at East London, Eastern Cape Province.
The SAYAs was launched in 2012 to celebrate and recognize young South Africans who are making a positive contribution to the country, the African continent and the rest of the world. This year’s ceremony convenes under the theme “Be the Legacy”, in line with the centenary celebrations of Tata Nelson Mandela and Mama Albertina Sisulu.
The media briefing will share important announcements, including unveiling the names of nominees and guest appearances. Previous awards winners and judges will attend.
