Capemay Properties launches 209 Signature Apartments in Accra

Capemay Properties, which is a subsidiary of the Kasapreko Group Limited, has launched 209-room apartments project codenamed ‘’The Signature Apartment’’ at a ceremony in the capital city of Ghana, Accra.

Capemay Properties is the first real estate company under the Kasapreko Group. It aims to endow the growing Accra’s urban population with an opportunity to own decent and rewarding accommodation. The real estate company concentrates on offering quality buildings at competitive prices, good rental yield for investors and excellent customer service.

The managing director of the company, Mrs Eunice Adjei-Bonsu addressed the media at the Kempinski GoldCoast City Hotel saying that the project was inspired by the Group Chairman Dr Kwabena Adjei’s philosophy for excellence, as reported by Graphic Online.

The Signature Apartment consisting of 209 rooms is going to be built by Michelleti Group, an Italian construction firm. The project is likely to be ready by Q1 2019.

“Our concept for the signature apartments is very different from what other real estate companies offer to the Ghanaian market. We are offering our clients sophisticated amenities. The Signature Apartment offers you everything at your finger tips,” Adjei-Bonsu opined.

The price is likely to start from USD 64,500 studio apartment to USD 300,000 for bedroom and penthouse apartment.
