Angola Airlines TAAG to fly without limitations until May 2021

The Angola Airlines TAAG was recently reconfirmed to fly without limitations until May 22, 2021.

The decision followed the fulfilment of the legal procedures and successfully completion of the Operational Security Audit (IOSA) carried out by - International Air Transport Association (IATA).

The "certificate" allows TAGG to continue operating as a safe international airline in terms of SAFETY (Operational Safety), said a note sent to Angop on Tuesday, May 28. The five-day audit covered all operational areas of Angolan airline.

The note also referred that TAAG will undergo regular and periodic monitoring of the bodies of this international organisation. Privatized since 2018, TAAG operates in various domestic and international destinations.

With a fleet of ten aircraft, including 737-700 and six 777-300 and 777-200, TAAG operates in more than 12 domestic and international destinations in Africa, South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia.
