An Oklahoma school district will remain closed on Tuesday as multiple Mid-Del Public schools faced power outages. The administration tweeted that the decision has been taken keeping in mind the "safety of students and staff".

Mid-Del Public Schools will be closed today. We will not have classes or evening activities due to multiple schools being without power. We have made this decision based on the safety of our students and staff. Thank you. #mdpurpose #oklaed
