Biden 'optimistic' of making progress on debt ceiling

U.S. President Joe Biden on Monday said he was "optimistic" that he and U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy will make progress on debt ceiling negotiations.

Biden made the comments as the meeting with McCarthy started.
