Japan PM Kishida offers Zelenskiy emergency humanitarian aid-Japan Chief Cabinet Secretary

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Japan is ready to offer emergency humanitarian aid in the wake of the dam explosion and flooding, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno said on Friday.
The aid will be worth about $5 million and distributed via international organisations, he added.
