According to Moh Khan, a charity worker citing a family member, Tin Oo died Saturday morning at Yangon General Hospital. Hospitalized since Wednesday due to health issues including difficulty urinating, the cause of death was not immediately disclosed.
Tin Oo's courageous journey saw him face numerous imprisonments and house arrests, mirroring many of Suu Kyi’s own struggles. Despite facing life-threatening situations and prolonged detention periods, Tin Oo's commitment to democracy never wavered, making him a revered figure among party members.
