In a closely contested election, Congress candidates are currently leading in four assembly bypoll seats in Himachal Pradesh, according to Election Commission trends. The state is witnessing a tight race across all six seats.
BJP candidates Davinder Bhutto and Chaitanya Sharma are trailing significantly in Kutlehar and Gagret by 4,272 and 7,970 votes, respectively. Meanwhile, Congress's Anuradha Rana is ahead in Lahaul and Spiti by 1,786 votes.
Rajinder Rana, a BJP leader and previous victor over former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, is trailing by 2,174 votes in Sujanpur. However, BJP's Sudhir Sharma and Inder Dutt Lakhanpal are leading in Dharamshala and Barsar by 3,115 and 2,441 votes, respectively.
