Putin Hints at Arming Western Adversaries

President Vladimir Putin hinted on Friday that Russia may consider arming adversaries of the West, reiterating a warning issued earlier in the week. However, he did not specify which countries or entities might be involved and emphasized that Moscow isn't currently undertaking such actions.

Speaking at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Putin stated, 'If they supply (weapons) to the combat zone and call for using these weapons against our territory, why don't we have the right to do the same?' He added, 'But I'm not ready to say that we will be doing it tomorrow, either.'
