Shiv Sena MP Sandipan Bhumre Receives Anonymous Death Threat

An anonymous death threat against newly-elected Shiv Sena MP Sandipan Bhumre has surfaced, confirmed a senior police official on Wednesday.

The letter, received by Maharashtra's Directorate General of Police, accuses Bhumre's associates of injustice, particularly naming officials at the Bidkin police station. The missive threatens to attack Bhumre's convoy if he attempts to protect these individuals.

Superintendent of Police Maneesh Kalwaniya revealed that the letter is under investigation. Bhumre stated he is not intimidated by anonymous threats, urging the writer to reveal their identity.
