Delhi Minister Atishi was discharged from LNJP Hospital on Thursday morning after her health worsened during a hunger strike aimed at addressing water scarcity in the city.

The minister, who was admitted early Tuesday due to low blood sugar levels, resumed normal ward activities as her condition stabilized.

The hunger strike launched by Atishi was meant to compel BJP-ruled Haryana to release Delhi's rightful share of water. Prominent political figures Akhilesh Yadav and Vrinda Karat visited her during her hospital stay.
