India has dismissed as 'factually incorrect' reports of discord with Russia over the Ukraine issue during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to Moscow.
Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra stated there were no cancellations of any programming elements, stressing the visit's success and the productive nature of discussions between Modi and President Vladimir Putin.
Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed there was no larger delegation meeting due to the depth and duration of Modi and Putin's one-on-one discussions.
