Chief Minister M K Stalin on Thursday accused the BJP of neglecting Tamil Nadu's key projects by not sanctioning necessary funds. Launching the 'Makkaludan Mudhalvar' scheme's extension to rural areas, Stalin emphasized the government's efforts to ensure no grievances go unheard, contrasting it with the alleged apathy of the Centre.

The Chief Minister claimed that Opposition jealousy is spurred by the DMK's committed work and accused them of propaganda against the state government. The scheme has resolved millions of petitions since May 2021, now expanding from urban to rural areas.

Stalin inaugurated 621 projects costing Rs 444.77 crore and promised new initiatives, including upgrading Harur Government Hospital and its municipality status, signaling major infrastructure improvements in Dharmapuri district.
