US Ambassador Highlights 'Multiplicative' India-US Relationship

US Ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti, praised the evolving 'multiplicative' relationship between India and the US, noting that the two nations are progressing forward together due to mutual love and respect.

Garcetti, who has visited 23 states and Union territories in his tenure, said he has stitched together a panoramic view of a rising India. He lauded India's leadership in the G20 summit and the joint efforts in tackling climate change, women empowerment, financial reforms, and security.

The ambassador emphasized that the US and India share close military ties and regularly partake in joint exercises. He also highlighted the collaborative work in artificial intelligence and telecommunications to reduce dependency on single-country equipment. Additionally, he noted the joint efforts in healthcare, using expertise to assist countries like Fiji, the Philippines, and Tanzania.
