Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and other senior leaders welcomed him. Rathore emphasized his commitment to the party and the people, and faces the challenge of securing upcoming assembly bypolls.

Madan Rathore, the newly appointed BJP state president, officially took charge of his position on Saturday with a grand celebration that included a bike rally from Jaipur airport and a ceremonial ritual at the party's state office.

In attendance were Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, and a host of senior party leaders, MPs, and MLAs who extended their warm welcomes. Addressing the assembly, Raje discussed the transient nature of political positions and the enduring quality of a leader's stature.

Rathore affirmed his dedication to the party's mission and listened to the advice given by Raje. He encouraged party workers to support the government while also being open about their grievances. Rathore's immediate challenge includes winning five upcoming assembly bypolls, aiming to further strengthen the party's grassroots efforts and voter base, particularly among OBCs.
