Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj has alleged a conspiracy by LG Vinai Kumar Saxena, his lawyer, and the Health Secretary to keep the city in poor health. Speaking on Tuesday, Bharadwaj claimed these officials have filed false affidavits against him in court.
Bharadwaj emphasized that the High Court had established the Sarin Committee, which made significant recommendations for the health sector. Instead of implementing these, the Health Department allegedly filed inaccurate affidavits. Bharadwaj questioned their authenticity, noting that he was not consulted for verification.
In a related move, Bharadwaj has demanded an explanation from Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar regarding pending decisions, highlighting a note from his office dated July 29. He instructed Kumar to provide third-party audit reports of desilting from various departments.
