Energized by the release of senior leader Manish Sisodia from jail after 17 months, the AAP has intensified its preparations for next year's Delhi Assembly elections, organizing workers' meetings in each constituency to design the campaign.

Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Sisodia has been conducting marches across the national capital since August 16, meeting and greeting people as part of the AAP's strategy for the polls. The goal is to cover all 70 Assembly segments in the city.

In a statement, the ruling party in Delhi confirmed that, apart from Sisodia's 'padyatra', efforts to strengthen the organization are also underway. The trusted lieutenant of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal walked out of jail on August 9 on bail after spending 17 months behind bars in connection with an excise policy case. His release from Tihar has provided a significant morale boost for the party.
