In a strategic move, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) unveiled the names of 30 additional candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections on Wednesday. Notable among them is Kavita Dalal, who will contest against Congress’s Vinesh Phogat and BJP’s Yogesh Bairagi from Julana.

The announcement followed the release of 21 candidates’ names earlier in the day. By evening, the party added nine more names to its roster for the October 5 elections. Among the new candidates, Joga Singh is set to challenge Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini from Ladwa, while Nisha Deshwal will compete from Safidon.

Other key candidates include Sham Mehta from Sirsa, Nishant Anand from Gurugram, Raj Kaur Gill from Ambala Cantonment, and Sunil Bindal from Karnal. The AAP’s comprehensive list arrives as the party's seat-sharing discussions with the Congress fell through. This marks the AAP’s second significant release following the announcement of 20 candidates on Monday.
